About
Anita is a Specialist Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists 2022) FACP. She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 as a Physiotherapist and also completed a Master of Physiotherapy with Majors in Women’s Health & Musculoskeletal Health at the University of Melbourne in 2014. Anita has also completed all four levels of DMA Clinical Pilates training, Dry Needling certification and holds qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy. She endeavours to provide holistic management for her patients combining manual and exercise therapies to help them achieve their health goals.

Bladder issues can affect anyone at any stage of their life. It can include:
Incontinence/ Leaking urine:
Do you leak when you cough, sneeze or exercise?
Do you leak on your way to the toilet?
Not realise that you have leaked?
Urgency, frequency & overactive bladder:

Pelvic organ prolapse refers to a sensation of heaviness, dragging or a bulge at the vagina. This sensation may be caused by a weakening of some structures in your pelvis causing one or more of the organs (bladder, vagina & bowel) in your pelvis to drop.

Children can experience bladder and bowel problems that can often be quite stressful for the family. These issues include:
